GDPR Compliance and Protection of Personal Data
Advantix S.p.a., owner of the Maxa brand , protects and guarantees all its personal and business data in terms of confidentiality, integrity and availability. Also, it guarantees that all requests about the processing of personal information 679/16, or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), have been taken into consideration, analyzed and applied according to the new European Regulations.
Advantix s.p.a. guarantees adequate organizational measures to satisfy user and data security, such as, for example, code of ethics and internal security regulations, training ofemployees and collaborators, agreements of nda (non-disclosure agreement, non-disclosure agreement to which subject all staff).

GDPR and Maxa
Advantix s.p.a. guarantees adequate organizational measures in order to satisfy its users and their data security, such as, code of ethics and internal security regulations, training of employees and collaborators, as well as agreements of nda (non-disclosure agreement, which is subject to all staff members).
Some aspects of the implemented policies are listed here below
Geographical location of data centers. The physical infrastructure of Advantix S.p.a, which is the same for Maxa, is exclusively located in Italy. Therefore there is only one Data Center, whose location is in Arcole.
Infrastructure security. The Maxa infrastructure is designed and built to ensure maximum security, availability and data integrity, as required by the security measures described in the GDPR: redundancies on all supporting infrastructures, data centers equipped with monitoring and access control, video surveillance, raised floors, fire and earthquake systems, electrical continuity systems. Moreover, these security measures are all properly documented by highlighting, for instance, the methods of access to the infrastructure, periodic checks regularly carried out and the actual redundancies.
Physical data security . Advantix S.p.a. guarantees technical and technological measures adapted to the highest safety standards, such as: redundancies on all supporting infrastructures, data centers equipped with monitoring and access control, video surveillance, raised floors, fire and earthquake protection systems, electrical continuity systems.
Certifications. Advantix S.p.a. presents quality certifications (UNI EN ISO 9001).
Personnel. All the personnel working in Advantix Spa is properly trained on how to carry out the processing of personal data as well as on the accesses to the infrastructure’s databases. All activities (internal and external) are specifically and individually assigned to each person as well as subject to agreements by the NDI (non-disclosure agreement, non-disclosure agreement and confidentiality).

Monitoring.
Real-time monitoring of all environments and systems (hardware and software) is carried out, in order to promptly assess any security breach and intervene when necessary by passing the information onto the supervisor, authorities and / or the interested parties. Furthermore, a detailed register of data processing was arranged in order to analyze and satisfy every data’s request made by the interested party in the fulfillment of its rights.

Treatment mode
All data will be processed mainly with electronic and IT tools. They will be stored both on computer media and on any other type of suitable support, in compliance with the security measures provided by our internal regulations. All operations envisaged by Article 4, paragraph 2 of the GDPR might be involved.

Consequences of refusal to provide
In case of failure to include one or more mandatory data, it will not be possible to use the requested service.

Storage
According to the current tax legislation about the conservation of documents, personal data for administrative / accounting purposes are kept for a period of time that does not exceed 10 years. Even a request for cancellation can not prevail over this type of storage. Personal data processed for newsletter / marketing purposes are kept until their cancellation’s request. Personal data necessary to provide the service itself are kept until their cancellation is requested. All personal data are saved in backup copies for up to thirty days.

Profiling
In compliance with the GDPR guidelines and freedom of choice , your data will not be subject to an exclusively automated decision-making process, including profiling, whose legal effects have a significant repercussion on itself and the person as well.

Rights of the interested party
In relation to the processing of personal data, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and art. 14 and following of the GDPR, you can protect your rights against Advantix SpA; in particular, you have the right to know, at any time, what are your data at the individual data controllers, which is, Advantix S.p.a. or to the persons indicated above to whom we must communicate them, and how they are used. Also, you have the right to ask for an update, supplement, correct or cancel them, request their block and oppose their treatment. For the exercise of your rights, as well as for more information about subjects or categories your data have been communicated to, you can contact the data controller or one of his responsible, identified at the beginning of this information sheet.

Tracking technologies
Advantix Spa uses the technologies of tracking IP addresses and cookies, in order to track every visit done at our website.

Data collected

1. IP addresses
The IP addresses of all visitors accessing our site are collected. All data collected are used for our company’s technical and administrative operations. The diagnosis of any technical problems and the prevention of intrusion and abuse of the service.

2. My Maxa
All data of registration to My Maxa portal, the type of system and the mode of operation are collected. Other sources of collection come from the use of My Maxa system, through voice control tools such as Google Home and Amazon Alexa.

3. Generalities Cookies
Advantix S.p.a. uses cookies’ technology to improve the use of the services offered by associating a cookie with the visitors’ connection to the site. Cookies are also used to identify the traffic’s values of the site, to allow the correct completion of service order, to calculate discounts and manage promotions that may be applicable to the connected visitor. Site visitors might be able to disable the cookies functionality from their browser, however, in some cases, this may lead to malfunctions in the use of the site itself. 3a. Technical cookies
Technical cookies are defined as cookies used to browse or provide a service requested by the user. Technical cookies used by Advantix S.p.a. are classifiable as follows:

Session cookies in order to allow access and use of their private area (ServerMate control panel);
Session cookies for the correct use of the website;
Technical cookies for the personalization of the user's choices;
Analytical technical cookies for knowing the use of our site by users and improving their browsing experience.
Technical cookies are divided in session cookies (used only until the browser is closed) and persistent cookies (saved in the user's device memory until they are deleted).
